Shoes Exchange Policy

If you face any issue with our shoes we offer an easy exchange and return policy.

You can exchange your shoes within 5 days.

Used shoes or shoes with damaged packing cannot be exchanged.

Clearance Sale products are not exchangeable.

Order number, Name, Address and Contact number. Also share the new product details you want to get in place of the first one.

We will review your request and initiate exchange.

If you did not like our product and want to return just contact us and get your amount back.

You can return your shoes within 5 days.

Used shoes or shoes with damaged packing cannot be returned.

Clearance Sale products are not eligible for return.

Order number, Name, Address,Contact number and your bank account number for payment refund.

Our courier partner will collect the parcel and when it arrives at our warehouse then you will get a refund amount.
